Fit Friday


It was a great week, a fit & healthy week!  I’ve made dinner every night with enough leftovers for lunch the next day, all healthy & clean meals.  I subbed in zucchini noodles for pasta bolognese sauce for a family birthday & felt that I could indulge with half a cupcake!  Ok, the cupcake may not have been healthy, but it was good & I only had half! ;)

I made it to No Risk Crossfit 4 times this week plus I’m planning on going tomorrow (Sat) to get in one more WOD this week!  I used my Polar HR6 heart rate monitor for the first time & it made me LOVE my Polar Loop even more!  Polar has a free app, Polar Flow, that shows all your training data & your daily activity!

Now to continue with the good eating, especially over the weekend with a Patriots playoff game!   I’m going to add another workout on Saturday too!

    Awesome job Heather!! I got a few treadmill runs in this week…boring. I’m looking forward to Sunday, where it might be warm enough to run outside! Football food…sub those wings for buffalo cauliflower. To die for!
